Notes on Using Our Ordering System.

For those
of you new to our store, here are some tips and
guidelines to help with shopping:

Selecting
a product - All of
our product selections are presented for ordering in the same
basic manner. Most of the options are similar to
those provided at other web sites, but we also have check
boxes under the 'Buy' button that control where
you are taken after you add an item to the shopping
cart. Just select the appropriate checkbox and you
will be transported to that page. For more

Viewing
your order selections - You
can view the status of your shopping cart from any
page - the number of items in your cart and the cost is displayed
at the top of each page. More shopping cart options
are displayed on the left side of the page under the
main navigation buttons. Using these extended
options you can 'go to checkout' or 'empty cart'.

Making
Changes - You can make changes to the cart by
changing the quantity against each item on the
summary page. If you want to remove an item
completely, just select quantity '0' then press
'modify cart'

Completing
your order - Once you have the correct items and
quantities selected, click on the 'Checkout secure'
button.

Creating
Your Account - Our shopping cart retains your
information for easy retrieval if you return to our
store in the future. The first time you buy from us
you will be asked to enter your email address and
create a password. If you forget your password in
the future, we can easily email you a reminder.

Account
Information - Once inside your contact
information page, you simply add your billing
address, shipping address, preferred shipping
methods and any comments about your account. This
information is retained for quick access on your
next visit. For your personal security, we do NOT
retain your payment information.

Payment
Options - By
Credit Card securely at our site - You can pay
for your order securely online using a credit card.
We will validate your card information and ship your
order as soon as it clears. By
Credit Card over the Phone - You can easily pay
by credit card over the phone. Complete your order,
make a note of your order#, have your credit card at
hand and call us at the toll free # provided on the
order confirmation page. Check/money
order by mail - Alternatively you can mail your
payment to us. We accept checks or personal money
orders, and will ship your order as soon as the
payment arrives.

Shipping/Dispatch
- most orders are shipped the following business
day, but please allow between 1 and 5 days for
dispatch. If there are delays over and above this we
will of course notify you. Once shipped, we/you are
in the hands of whatever shipping service you
selected. Generally, First Class Mail takes around
3-7 days, Priority Mail 2-6 days, and UPS ground 3-6
days......but these times can vary greatly,
depending on where you are based. Please allow
sufficient time for your order to arrive, and if you
have any concerns contact us.

Product
Returns/Guarantee - a no-fuss guarantee, simply
return the unused portion to us for a full refund of
the product price (more store
policies)

Frequent
Shopper Awards - we will honor any frequent
shopper points collected through any of our stores -

and www.beehivestore.com
We will also award points for purchases you make at
this store. For each $1.00 spent, you earn 10
shopper points. We will send you discount coupons
for use on all future orders, to the value of the
points collected. 1000 points for our Silver Card
(10%), 1500 points for our Gold Card (15%) and 3500
points for our Platinum Card (20%) - simply
retain your invoices and keep a total of your
points, then notify us via email as you reach each
level. If you have ordered from our other web sites,
your points will be shown on your invoice.
